"great resort. friendly staff specifically Ms. Raichelle she was helpful and she upgraded my room to suit. nice swimming pools. very good dinner buffet. at midnight room A/C wasn’t too cold. reception changed my suit to one room apartment ( I really appreciate it ) for sure will go again to crown plaza resort in future"
