「房間的牆紙有脫落，床褥太硬，唯一可讚揚的是浴缸是按摩池。最差的是服務，抱歉是沒有服務。我致電前台，希望他們幫忙提供碗碟，他們說要我親自去前台領取，因為一些個人原因，我希望他們可以送上房間，我於英國時是完全沒有問題的，但服務員送給我時，用極差的語氣跟我說，如果還有下次的話，會收取我服務費（因為說的很急，我的事情也很急，沒仔細聽清價錢）。我明白你們有工作制度，但也不能黑臉向客人發難吧，而且我也不是經常麻煩你，只是那一次，整個酒店體驗變得極差。另外，酒店只適合自駕遊的人士，因為交通極之不便，公共交通基本上一小時只有一班次。」

「Stayed at Delta Vlaardingen more than 5 times. Not once did the place let me down. Room super clean with wide open view of the canal; if you are lucky to face the canal. Breakfast always hits the spot and morning run along the canal was superb. Delta Vlaardingen 住宿過5晚以上，每次都讓人覺得非常滿意。房間很乾淨，窗外景色很棒，如果運氣好面向運河景色更迷人! 早餐豐富，一個不小心就吃太多! 河畔晨跑是令人最開心的活動~」

「The overall of the hotel is great and highly recommended. The only thing need to improve is: shampoo, show gel and hand wash were 3 in 1 and they had been used by previous customer and no one to re-fill whatever in the shower room or the hand wash place outside the toilet. Therefore, please prepare your shower gel and shampoo if you going to choose the hotel.」

「staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!」

「Ein wunderbares Hotel! Die Lage ist toll zwischen Wasser und Innenstadt, alle Architektur Highlights sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel selbst ist niedlich eingerichtet, sehr modern. Das Hotel Team ist super nett, es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten für den Gast wie Wasser und Obst und gute Kosmetik im Bad.」

「The breakfast is good,especially fresh made Benedicts egg.Suana room and the bathtube is really relaxing,too.But need to complain the cleaness of the room ,the wooden plate put brochure stick a fries on it,it really groose.the bottles put on the minibar has dust on it make it looks like the room havent been lived for a long time!」
