"The hotel was attractive and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and convenient. We would definitely stay here again."

"The bed was very comfortable and the location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we weren't very impressed with the fact we got checked in to a room that already had a guest staying in it when we arrived and then were put in a different room with a sticking lock that we ended up locked in twice which seems like a significant fire hazard and inconvenience to us trying to leave. Additionally, the underbed storage space was incredibly dusty, most of the buttons on the TV remotes didn't work and we weren't able to get access to a hairdryer for my wife after she'd showered. So while we did enjoy our stay overall it's not really what we'd have expected from a €200+ a night room"

"Nice sized room but entry by pole was not desirable. They got is in very early so perhaps we got this room due to that. OK for one night but longer would have been no good"

"Every aspect of the hotel was spot on no faults. Even when I was emailing the evening before my arrival to arrange something nice in our room to surprise and celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. "The staff are pretty unhelpful and quite rude. It’s a really hands off experience. No way of contacting reception. No water in the room. Nothing to do around the property. Rooms are comfy and clean. The station is very near to get into the centre of town"
