All staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. 「everything is good and comfortable except for the lift, which could not be operated by the room key card. Instead, the hotel staff needs to use their card to operate one of the lifts. 」

「I wanted to go to Richmond because I’m a huge Ted Lasso Fan! This hotel was beautiful! The foyer area was decorated for Christmas. The staff carried our bags in for us. It is perked up on a hill and walkable to the town. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Felt very safe here! 」
