「It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...

「We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was centrally located and super clean. I particularly liked having a washer and dryer after coming off a 6 day cruise. I would recommend this apartment.」

「Really comfortable living space big 65 inch TV. Bedding is very comfortable and cozy. Shower is out of this world. Kitchen is well equipped. Mini market on site and laundry very accessible Elevator sometimes takes a long time to come 」

「We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles. 」

「Flawless checking in and out, no wait, no dramas, quiet and clean. Hernan was very professional and friendly, accommodating a late check out and skipping a pest control inspection in my unit, as requested. Good WiFi, AC, TV, parking, kitchen appliances, etc, everything worked!」

「Overall the experience was ok. The communication was terrible. We needed a trash bin and some towels and did not receive any response. But the property has everything you need. Nice pool, nice restaurant, and gym, but the communication when something was needed was just terrible. 」

「Had a family medical emergency and needed a place to stay close to Jackson memorial hospital and the place was only a 10 minute walk. Everything from cleanliness to amenities was great and communication with host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again if was in same situation. It’s close to expressway so a bit noisy other than that great!」
