「It was a very amazing experiance for the price. It was great for being located on the beach. They have pretty much all you need on the premises and gift store. Elevator lines at check in was long but it moved quickly met alot of people on the elevator we were on the 24th floor. Phones didnt work, had to get maintenance for the microwaves, weight scale in the bathroom had no batteries. 「We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was centrally located and super clean. I particularly liked having a washer and dryer after coming off a 6 day cruise. I would recommend this apartment.」

「The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Its located near to all you need for shopping and dining. The unit is comfortable and was cleaned well with everything you needed for a good stay. I definitely recommend and will look into staying again. 」

「The location was excellent for my purpose. It is across the street from the beach but I was there for work. Unfortunately, the wifi in the building was not strong enough. The first night, I had to hot spot myself to get work done. I did reach out to both Expedia and the front desk. I was slightly stronger the second night, but not strong enough to get work done, so I just woke up early to go to the conference center to log-in. The unit itself is a private residence, so I totally understand why...

「We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles. 」
