「This website says there is a restaurant and shows photos of breakfast and dining facilities. I only book hotels that do breakfast. The restaurant is closed and they do not do breakfast. This website misled me.
As a result I needed to go out and purchase breakfast for my family.
The receptionist I dealt with was very helpful. He should be commended for doing his best in difficult circumstances.
