The staff was friendly and very helpful. The water spots on the ceilings were a bit concerning. Shower heads were horrible, and there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom.

We had a great stay! I was worried after seeing complaints about the A/C, but we were on the 5th floor and had no issues at all. Property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

No working elevator unsupervised kids no staffing did anything open bar in lobby extremely loud until after 2 am when bar closed rooms face lobby right over lobby and bar the only good experience was the young maintenance man was amazing

When we arrived early with the intention to ask to leave our bags, there was no one at reception. When a woman finally appeared her first words were its too early to check in. No good morning no welcome to the Hilton. Very unwelcoming. Then we were charged for breakfast when our booking through Expedia included breakfast. When I spoke to the manager Christine she initially said that I would have to follow that up with Expedia it was nothing to do with them. When I prompted her to take a further look into the booking, she told me to come back in half an hour. When I came back, I showed her my booking confirming it included breakfast she said she would sort it out and refund the charges. She gave me a voucher to show for breakfast the following mornings. They have not refunded me my $38. I have sent them an email 4 days ago. I have had no reply and no refund. I am very disappointed in Hilton. This is an international hotel chain. Very unprofessional attitude. Very poor customer service. Reception could do with some meet and greet training.

The door to the room was hard to open and close. The AC in the room didn’t work and leaked all night. When mentioned to a worker no apology was given, they just “wrote it down in a book” and went on with their day. Terrible customer service
