We did not use our reservation because of the room they give us , the aircondition is bad , not doing good and we saw cockroach inside the bathroom and by the doorway of the room I hope you refund my money..

Worth the price

Ang ganda ng lugar. Kinda takes you to history coz below the hotel was an underground tunnel. The pool is clean and the rooms and the staffs are all friendly.

Our room was not eell msintsined, tap not secured, bed lights not working and hot water shower unit not adequate and poor water flow from shower. Restaurant was great food nice. Also be nice yo have bath mats and shower curtains.

The toilet bowl has a ring to it. When you use the shower the whole restroom gets wet. The faucet in the sink is loose. The door’s card key in my sister’s room didn’t work so she had to use a regular key which was difficult to use. She had to ask for the staffs help. The restaurant didn’t have 2 of the choices of free breakfast they offer the three days we stayed there. When we asked for butter knife the waiter had to get it from the main building. There was almost an hour wait for your order to be served.

Hotel situated on a main highway 45 minutes from the airport--continual traffic noise.Hotel needs total renovation--restaurant manager very rude. Airport pick-up no-show--free breakfast Filipino only. I had a rat scratching in the trash can all night--totally over--priced--would never go back to this hotel and would suggest anyone else to go elsewhere.

I will not return to this hotel. Faucet broken in sink. No curtain between shower and toilet seat. Water flooding everywhere. No windows in the rooms and the worst is breakfast! They told me only Filipino food is included in the room fee. They charged me 4 4 US dollars for 2 sliced breads and 2 fried eggs. They have no jam, no black tea neither! I was angry. . Hotel is far from the city center too.

Good Hotel

I enjoyed my stay here and think the hotel is very good and staff are very helpful. On a negative side I would say that although children sleep free they do not have a free breakfast unlike the adults. Also swimming is not free for the children but free for the adults. Great hotel but needs some slight changes to policies for children.

Very nice accommodations on the outskirts of Davao. The property even boasts a WWII attraction; a Japanese tunnel built in 1942! Their free breakfast consists of a full-service restaurant where you can select from a limited menu. Definitely a nice stay! But mind your credit card statement. There may be unexpected charges.
