"We were amazed at the stunning private beach and pool area. We have been to Langkawi a few times now and this stay was very memorable. All the staff from the reception, chefs, restaurant staff, beach and recreation crew were all so friendly and helpful. "

"Check-in was a total joke. We sat there for an hour (after check-in time) waiting for them to sort passports and paperwork and had to chase constantly. Even when it got done the guy then said we have an issues with your room so it will take 5 minutes. 1 hour later still nothing so went to speak to manager who said room not cleaned yet so need to wait - I kicked up a fuss and manager came out and assigned a room straight away so turn off right from start. Room was fine - a little dated. Hotel is far too big but we knew that before so that’s on us. Breakfast was pretty good I would choose the hotel next door - Casa del Mar (it was already fully booked for our dates but definitely stay there instead - better location too). "

"Room was messy and marks all over the bed sheets. Light in the bathroom was faulty and everything just looked unhygienic."

"Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Large, well lit, air conditioned room. In room safe. Great pool with umbrellas. Short walk across the parking lot from the airport."
