Plenty of room, and good room facilities. Staff interaction was minimal but very helpful. Secure parking. Some outside noice at night but overall a good place to stay overnight.

The property is a bit dated. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were not particularly helpful, providing limited information on checkin and unable to answer questions about the carpark. Also, the safe in our room did not work and needed a new battery, but the reception staff didn't know how to do it. They advised that maintenance would come and sort it out the next day. They did not, in spite of follow-up queries. In any case, the safe was not secured, so was not a good place for valuables!!

The king bed was dreadful. We woke up sore every morning and didn’t have good night s sleep while there. Only had block out blinds in bedroom so the light from the shopping Centre across the room came through around the edges made room very light. No TV in bedroom.

Everything about the property was excellent except for the phone that wasn’t functioning at all. Even after reporting it they never fixed it. So I had to use my mobile phone for communication. Shower door didn’t close properly so water was gushing out of the shower. If these little things could be attended to then the place would be close to perfection. Very clean and neat 4.7/5

We came to visit family in Palmerston. First time we have stayed at Quest but will definitely return. We chose a 1 bedroom apt which had everything we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of space and a large balcony. Spotless. Quiet. Pleasant and Helpful staff. Short walk to shops for supplies. Perfect! Will Definitely return.

Alot of yelling and banging outside in the evening, such a shame. I was given a paraplegic room, great services and access for people in wheelchairs, very clean. For my with a bad foot I slipped easily on the floor in the bathroom as the floor did not drain well, I had to lay towels on the floor, I was shocked that when I went to use the towel on the rack it was still wet, they had picked up from floor and hung up. The milk was outdated and for the week they never replaced my coffee sachets, I bought my own milk and coffee., rubbish bin very small and was overflowing before I left.

Room service was a MASSIVE let down! At over $200 a night I think the rooms should be serviced and don’t see how it being a weekend is a justification, that’s when the rates are the highest priced. Good location to activities/shopping/food, beds were okay, the pool ledge is extremely high and really unsafe for kids, and didn’t really feel safe at night. Reception staff were really nice.

Convenient to bus services. So much I was disappointed with - when I checked in I had no towels etc, milk or shampoo, I was given these items. The bathroom floor near shower wasn’t clean properly and there were two long hairs on the bathroom floor. Next morning, my milk, butter, bread and fruit were frozen in fridge. So, I adjusted temperature. The handtowel given to me had a dirty mark on it, when I wiped the floor near shower with towel, the towel was brown. That afternoon the items in my fridge were all frozen again, so I adjusted again. Next morning everything was frozen in fridge again. I have a future booking, none refundable...made it as booking page said they had an airport shuttle service...didn’t say not operating because of COVID...would not have booked if I knew this.

Very Comfortable
Met all of our requirements. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We had a one bedroom apartment and there was plenty of room for our grandchildren and their parents to visit. Location was ideal with walking distance to all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again.
