"I flew in to Frankfurt at 9pm and my flight was at 11am the next day so I needed a hotel !!!! I didn’t want to stay in one of the attached airport hotels so I started looking online. When I saw this hotel on Expedia, I booked it! Taxi drivers wanted to charge me 22€ to get there but I went by Uber so 11€ plus tip!! Checking in was easy as the gentleman doing it was GREAT !!!!! "They do not clean your room unless you request it, even then they do not clean properly I requested a number of times to clean before 11am as they ask you and not cleaned. Also they do not offer Expedia platinum members anything"

"I was impressed by how large the property is! The staff is very helpful, the room was modern and well-kept. The shower was perfect, and the bed quite comfy. The shuttle bus was prompt, clean, and safely driven. It was confusing where we were dropped off, but maybe I was told that and my non-existent ability to speak German once again let me down. Good job, airport hotel!!"

"Location was our main issue. It is next to the airport, but depending on the terminal a very long walk. We couldnt find a safe way to walk (we arrived after 11pm), because it is less than 5 mins in a taxi (but 35min + to walk) a mainstream taxi driver refused to take us and eventually wanted 20 Euros flat fee. I know this isn't right, but was too tired to argue. In the end we took an uber for around 9 Euros. The Uber pick up point was a walk in the opposite direction of the hotel. The hotel is absolutely fine. Soulless place, but very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent."
