「Clean property in good location」

「What a lovely place to stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We parked up the car at the back of the pub and left it there for two days because everything you need is right there. We did a great walk from the pub and bought essentials from the little shop at the campsite opposite. The food at the pub was great . I highly recommend.」

「The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

「NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel...

「Just what we needed - clean, good location, easy parking. Recommended.」

「The appartment was not clean, an heavy smell of sewer. Many places in the apartment was really dirty: bathroom curtain, oven and fridge was destroyed. There were dirty bed sheet in a wardrobe entrance. The wifi password was not given to us and after our arrival we had no answer at all from the property. Hopefully we have booked only one night. I do not recommend this place.」

「We had a lovely stay at Cuckoo Cottage and would happily return. The location is excellent for exploring the Peak District, with beautiful walks straight from the doorstep, including Lathkill Dale. The swimming pool was a real bonus after a day of walking, and the games room was great fun, with pool, table tennis, darts, giant Jenga and other games available. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated the thoughtful extras provided, including tea, coffee, washing-up liquid,...

「The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive.」
