「Great value for the purchase. We prolonged our stay. Nice big room with a view over Darjeeling and Kangchendzonga. The cleaning and roomservice is efficient. The reception is efficient too and very kind with advices. Thanks to Priyanka. 」

「Perfect place to stay with family. Good and talkative staff. Over all nice experience. Just one suggestion can offer option for dinner who have booked through various site.」

「Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. 」

「The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm.」
