"Nice staff cozy room"

"Overall, the hotel, pool and personnel I encountered were all very lovely and extremely helpful. I visited the pool, fitness room, bar and the dining room. My only concerning moment was the urgency of a waiter who hovered over my every move at dinner - especially when it came to paying for the meal. It was very strange and off putting. In fact I avoided going back to the dining room because of the experience. "

"Great hotel, close to everything, modern, sparkling clean room, very strong water pressure in the shower. View to the Nile is nice, but there is construction work being done during the day outside, with varying amount of noise. Overall, a good place to stay in Aswan. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Kato Dool Wellness Resort! The staff were very kind and accommodating — they even allowed us to check out late because our flight was delayed, which we truly appreciated. The view from the top of the mountain is absolutely amazing, especially at sunrise overlooking the Nile river. Since the resort is located uphill, we had to take a tuktuk to go up and down to the village. The ride can be a bit bumpy and dusty, which some people might not enjoy, but it didn’t bother us at all and added a touch of adventure to the experience. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay."
