「Along with other hotel guests, we had an unprecedented issue on our final night staying at this hotel, when a freak hail storm severely damaged our hire car. We found the reception staff to be exceedingly helpful, to us and to all guests, in helping us organise tow trucks and leaving the hotel/journeying elsewhere. 「The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. By default nothing in the room if you want any thing that is already mentioned in booking you have to ask for it. It's a bit weird and make me feel uncomfortable asking every day for a simple thing like tee or coffee. 」
