"The hotel was beautiful and located very centrally next to lots of cafes and tourist attractions. The breakfast was amazing with great variety of options. We also really enjoyed and the bar area with pianist playing there in evening - it was a perfect way to end the day."

Hozan was excellent throughout our stay, Alex was wonderful in the restaurant. Our room was very comfortable and very clean! The heart of Vienna, lined with sidewalk cafes, cathedrals and shops, was literally within a 5-minute walk. Highly recommended! "

"Front desk staff Alexander was helpful in storing our luggage when we arrived too early to check in. The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the room. Tablet provided in room had useful information, in room climate control worked well and was please that a could open the window for fresh air. The hotel is across from Vienna Central station which was very convenient. Enjoyed the stay overall "
