The rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and quiet, with super comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast buffet offers an amazing, fresh variety. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"

"Large room on the 7th floor. Old and smelled a bit damp but the windows open which is great. Laminate floor very scuffed, cracked sink. Very comfortable bed! Found shower over bath very difficult to reach and operate, and also dangerous to get out of, with curve of slippery bath and big step needed to reach past screen and get out. Also why you'd want a glass wall letting light from bathroom into bedroom, I don't know. Loads of storage space etc. friendly staff. Coffee and cake available for free from 4am which was great for our 6am flight"

"Got in very late and had to wait for security to let us in. Self check in was fine. Room just felt dated and in need of a good clean. Good location to the train station. Went out in the morning and came back room. Key card didn't work. Had to go back down to reception. Back up again. Still didn't work. Back down again. This wouldn't have been an issue but we were on the 7th floor with two dodgy lifts. Waiting ages for the lift's to come and stopped at every floor with staff trying to get in with trolleys of sheets and cleaning items."

"Great hotel, great location, very clean rooms and very very helpful staff. The rooftop restaurant and bar incredible. The view at the roof top restaurant is magnificent. The food is really delicious. We also loved the breakfast."

"Excellent properly very convenient for arrivals by train from airport and connection to city by train. Also within walking distance to the centre of Vienna. Hotel smells nice - Amenities were good bed very comfortable. It was our 20th wedding anniversary hotel didn’t take any notice for our request for a room with a view instead we were on 4th floor with view of other offices in front of us. Breakfast was very good however, the person making hot breakfast was very rude and made customers wait for so long making eggs and waffles and on a couple of occasions send me away and said come back and he had given my waffle to another customer and I had to wait again! I think hotel needs to review this staff attitude and serving time. Also coffee and tea at the machine was nightmare with long ques. Other than that I would recommend the hotel but I wish they made more attention to our request to make our stay more special."
