"The property is a bit dated but the kindness of the staff and the INCREDIBLE views won me over. Even though the hotel is a bit older, I slept wonderfully and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! (We had pork with spatzle, chicken soup, Dubai Chocolate drink and an Aperol Spritz). "Exceeded Expectations – A Truly Memorable Stay
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel—it exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a number of unexpected touches that made our stay extra comfortable. For example, the in-room washing machine was a fantastic surprise and came in handy, even though it wasn’t listed in the amenities.
The breakfast was outstanding—truly one of the best I’ve ever encountered. The variety and quality of options were exceptional, and it was clear a lot of care goes into creating such a generous spread.
What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the access to the executive lounge. The gentleman who managed the lounge was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. His hospitality was unmatched and genuinely elevated our experience.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be to consider updating the mattresses in the near future. They weren’t bad, but a refresh might enhance the overall comfort.
We would absolutely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others looking for a top-tier experience."
