"Meget fin lejlighed med god beliggenhed og udsigt. Eneste minus var, at der var sort mug/svamp i brusekabinen og trykket i bruseren kunne godt være bedre. Hvis der skal gåes i detaljer, ville en mere Human billedkunst i stuen være at foretrække. Ellers meget fin lejlighed. "

"Fantastisk udsigt og fin rengøring indenfor. Der lå en dug i vaskemaskinen og nogle rengørings klude i tørretumbleren, flere ting i køkkenet var nedslidte (ødelagte grydelåg, elendig brødkniv, manglende håndtag på en køkkenskuffe). Efter at have brugt badekarret var der vand over hele gulvet. TV'et opgave vi at få til at fungere - det var ellers nogle store flotte TV skærme. Vi savnede at kunne se DR og TV2. Havde nok forventet at alt stod i tip top stand, men det var ikke tilfældet."
