Hotel offers the usual Scandic quality which is quite high. Hiowever, it is situated in a commercial area with no view to the sea. It is close to the highway and major streets, so it is easy to come and go. Staff speaks - besides Danish - also German and English. Rooms are cleaned on request only. Breakfast was OK, although I missed the Danish rolls. It offers English and Continental breakfast.

Rigtig hyggeligt besøg i Sønderborg. Med to overnatninger på Scandic. Varm og meget venlig betjening i receptionen. Hyggeligt hotel, som bærer præg af at være blevet brugt igennem tiden. Dog ikke beskidt, blot slidt. En opgradering vil klæde stedet. Generelt var vi rigtig godt tilfredse med besøget.

Super god og venlig serviceminded personale, og et rigtig fint hotel til en enkelt overnatning i Sønderborg. Poolen var større end forventet og et rigtig fint størrelse motionscenter. Ikke mulighed for mad i weekenden, men fin service med lille bod og henvisning til take-away

Faktisk super lækkert hotel med gå afstand til byen samt dybbelmølle. Morgenmad et stort plus virkeligt lækkert og frisk. Minus priserne på hotellet. 34kr for en kop kaffe på en automat aaaa det er sku lige i overkanten. Samt 109 kr for en irskkaffe i banen uden sukker og meget meget lidt whisky. Når man kan få en i havnen med fantastisk udsigt for 75 kr. Men eller et suoer lækkert hotel vi kommer da gerne igen 😃😃😃😃😃

Slit hotel

Personalet var meget søde, vi havde bestilt et 4 sjernet hotel, men blev meget skuffet. Der ligger gulvtæpper i ganarealer og på værelser, de var meget plettet, lidt ulækkert. Senge var ok, baren var desværre lukket i weekenden, det er sku ærgerligt, så kunne man købe en hånd bajer i receptionen til 55 kr, helt ærgerligt, det sku overpris. Til morgenmaden var der en kaffemaskine til over 50 mennesker, så der var kø, maden var ok. Generelt virker hotellet slidt, så 4 sjerner, det er falsk.
