「The property itself is good and well-maintained, but the service quality is quite poor. I had left my room keys at the reception in the morning for cleaning; however, when I returned at night, the room had still not been cleaned. I then had to wait nearly half an hour in the evening for housekeeping to attend to it. Even after calling the reception for room service, it took around 20–25 minutes for anyone to respond. Overall, while the property has potential, the service needs significant...

「Nice hotel for the price in vesu area. Check in was smooth and front desk staff is excellent. Quite location so far but might be developing surrounded area. Overall very well satisfied.」

「Do not stay here. The hotel smells bad and is very dirty. My room had piss left on the toilet and a used condom under the bed. When I complained and asked the staff to clean it they refused and continued playing PUBG on their phones. I left after 1 night dispiting having paid for 3 nights. Could not get my money refunded for the rest of the nights despite the terrible conditions of the room. Very unprofessional place. 」
