「Misguided and mismanagement
1. Even though we pre-booked the rooms and called up several times to pay complete amount advanced, we were told to pay at property and after reaching we were given the rooms which are not even mentioned here and when we asked the reason the rooms which we booked are on the basis of first come first serve and they were full.
2. Later, they upgraded our rooms for their mismanagement where one of the room stinked badly and washroom did not have enough frequency and...
