My family and I always stay here when we’re in the Grapevine area because it is next to the mall. As always, the staff are very nice. The rooms are always clean. The beds are always comfortable. The breakfast selection is always great. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

They were very nice and accomodating. We arrived early and they allowed us to go ahead and check-in anyway. They also accommodated our request to ensure our rooms were close together. I spent most of my time at Grapefest, so check-in and breakfast aside, I didn't really use any other services.

Came in for a wedding. Staff was wonderful. Hotel was nice. Outside of the work goi g on on the back of the hotel where there was scaffolding outside of my window with workers, it was great. Right across from the mall.
