The mall is beautifully decorated with the holiday theme and has a huge carriage almost like one made of ice. The outside of the mall has trees all decorated with white LED lights for about a mile.

Check-in was fine, room was clean but hot and no remedy was offered. Door alarm went off regularly as well as an electronic chirp that kept me from sleeping properly.

Only good thing about our stay was the location. Free breakfast is just grab and go. No coffee maker in rooms. You have to request from the front office. But bring your own coffee because it is not provided. Chose this hotel because se it offered rooms that sleeps 6 with 2 queens and a pull out couch. The pull out couch had springs coming out and full of stains. There wasn’t any bedding for the pullout couch and when asked the front desk, we got 2 sheets but they didn’t have any pillows. There was a musky smell and didn’t realize until took our shoes off that the carpet was wet. Overall not a good stay. Oh, and to top it all off we were woken up at 3 in the morning to police knocking on the room next door trying to serve a warrant!

I was greeted promptly and professionally. Upon checking in I was told ai was getting a newly refurbished room. From my perspective only included fresh paint and flooring. The cabinetry in the kitchenette and bathroom were ill fitting and well worn. There was no hot water at 8 PM for my shower nor at 7 AM. There were also several gnats in my room. You have to get any kitchen supplies from the front desk including a coffee maker (but bring your own coffee to brew.) Do not be fooled by the “breakfast included” statement. Breakfast includes packaged oatmeal or very small packaged muffins. Even the staff commented on how lacking it was. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. If you are wanting a cheap and safe stay, this will be acceptable. Just don’t expect much.

The breakfast was grab and go and was terrible. The room was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY! This place needs some renovations! It had a terrible smell and the bathroom was dirty maybe even stained. Do not recommend staying here for anything! Theres alot of extracurricular activities going on all night!

Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Terrible customer service. No one to check you in after 11pm. Rooms smell and beds are uncomfortable. Trash all over the property and in the staircases. No one cares. No hair dryers and no basic shampoo and shower gel. Carpets and hallways are full of trash. Would never stay here again.
