Location was decent . The First Lady that helped me was awesome !! Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help ….

I booked a handicap room through Expedia. When we arrived, the man at the desk said that all of the handicap room were full & the one they had me in was not wheelchair accessible. We asked if they have a shower bench that i could use in the bathtub & he said, yes. We said that room would be ok & we could make it work if they had a shower bench. He said, "let me get that ready for you & you can come get it." 😏 So, we go up to the room & my husband went down after quite some time to get the chair. They guess they don't have a chair. It's already being used. (No call up to the room to let us know) The next morning we went to call to the desk to see if it was possibly available & the phone doesn't even have a cord connected to the wall! (Explains why we didn't get a call about the bench... maybe) we stopped at the desk to speak with the manager who was extremely apologetic & tried to make the experience right by moving us to an accessible room for our second night. While my husband went to pack, she discovered that room had a hole in the shower making it inoperable. So, she put us in a different room that has more room, but when we got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned. She has the room cleaned while we left to eat. Luckily, I had my husband with me on this trip or it could have been a very dangerous situation because there were no bars next to the toilet, not enough room to get close enough to the bed, & no way to access the shower. It was a frustrating trip!

The only real problem was that this super close to the main road. The road noise is loud all night . We actually changed hotels for the last night of our three night stay. Maybe bring your favorite box fan to mask the noise from the road at night?

This hotel is good but not excellent. It’s a budget friendly hotel with great staff. The room condition was good but the sofa set was not looking clean though. However you find good restaurants nearby which is very thing.

Room was clean, there was plenty of space, breakfast has different options and was good enough, and our daughters enjoyed the pool and hot tub area (which was also spacious and not many people). Would have liked Housekeeping to come empty trash and refresh towels, though. We went down to the front desk for new towels and left our trash bags outside the door (they took it but didn't give new bags).

The room was very dirty, I had to clean it to stay there. The mirrors were dirty, the bathroom wall had sh-t on it, it looked like someone threw up in the living area down the wall, lamps had food stuff on them. Surface areas were dirty, i had to borrow and vacuum the room.

The only thing that made our stay great was the front desk manager Lisa she was extremely helpful with everything from giving us utensils to sharing valuable information about our surroundings. She really was sweet and went above and beyond, she is definitely a keeper.
