「My husband and I stayed here 4 days for my birthday. What a wonderful hotel. We had a gorgeous room, excellent linens, maid staff and concierge were outstanding. Hotel is set up to be able to walk almost everywhere. Valet parking is spot on. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Although the property was well maintained, the jr suite I was in could use a little updating. Also room light was pretty dark. The layout was nice and location was great for walking around downtown Santa Fe. Pizza was also great in the hotel restaurant.」

「We liked the hotel and it's charm. However, our room was crawling with ants. There were ants on the towels, the bathtub, and they found their way into our toiletries overnight. We should have known something was up when we spotted an ant trap around the sink. We brought this to the attention of the staff first thing in the morning (no one is available at night) and we were greeted with a shrug. Expedia tried, but could not resolve the issue. The room was clean and the breakfast was good....

「I booked 4 nights at the Vanessie because it was located close to the downtown area of Santa Fe and the Railroad District. Also, I was looking for local charm, and thought the wood-beamed ceiling was cool. I got there after 9:00 PM only to find out that they do not staff the Inn after 8:00 PM. I called the emergency number posted by the front door and Jay walked me through were to find my key codes (there are no keys, just coded locks) and got me into Unit 1. I immediately found small ants...

「The Inn and Spa at Loretto is an amazing resort. It is within walking distance to the Plaza. The Loretto chapel is right next door and is incredibly beautiful with the winding staircase. The pool at the Inn was awesome! We were there on a Sunday afternoon and they had poolside service that was outstanding! We will definitely return when we are in Santa Fe!」

「It’s my go to place when I go to Santa Fe. The staff is always extremely professional and friendly . The rooms are always clean , stylish over all really great. I also like it Is quiet at this location and this part of Santa Fe .」
