「Really nice clean room and the staff were more than helpful and friendly however the food was unfortunately a disappointment with the rib eye steak being of poor quality, the onion rings being undercooked and the mushrooms being cold. The wait for food was also longer than expected. 」

「Lovely place, beautiful food and a really nice room and ambience. But what really made this place was the wonderful warm staff. The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful. 「Exceptionally well decorated and beautiful home to explore the local area. Very welcoming on reception and everything you could need. Only minor gripe was the upstairs shower that was either boiling hot or freezing cold with no in between but sort that and this place is perfect. 」

「A lovely old country house with delightful and spacious gardens. Breakfasts were superb and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The host and his staff were at all times friendly and attentive. We'd happily stay again.」

「The room was ok,but you could smell kitchen odours in the bathroom . The evening meals were poor, alot of the meals did not have the ingredients and the meals were poorly cooked. Lacked organisation 」
