Excellent hotel with a nice view

My wife and I stayed in the Imperial Playa Hotel, for the first time, and we had an excellent experience. The receptionist Abdullah welcomed us, and made us feel, as if we were home, he made us feel comfortable. The room, on the third floor, facing the ocean, is very clean, and has bath towels, soap, etc.. the service is excellent, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. I would go back to the Imperial Playa Hotel, and recommend it to my family and friends.

Je recommande l'hôtel Imperial Playa

L'hôtel situé face à la mer offre un joli point de vue. Le centre ville n'est pas très loin ( 20 minutes de marche) et l'aéroport est à 15 minutes à pied. Le personnel est très agréable. Si l'on souhaite être au calme, il est préférable de ne pas prendre une chambre avec vue sur mer car elles se situent au-dessus de l'avenue très passante ( nombreuses voitures).

A fuir !

A mon arrivé on m'a proposé une chambre similaire à une cave, c'est à dire toute petite et sans fenêtre, enfin si avec une fenêtre donnant directement sur un mur. J'ai du débourser 350 dhs pour obtenir une chambre avec fenêtre. Cela ne vaut clairement pas le coût... cette chambre était sale, petite, la literie très bas de gamme, la porte d'entrée est difficile à ouvrir, la porte de la salle idem, la salle de bain est délabrée... J'ai ensuite réservé une journée d'excursion à l'accueil et la encore on a essayé de me soutirer un maximum d'argent en me faisant payer le plein tarif solo mais en me faisant voyager avec un groupe, bref une arnaque. Je ne parle même pas du petit dejeuner servi dans le café du coin... Je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet "hôtel" et je vous conseil de chercher du côté des spots de surf, c'est largement plus rentable d'autant qu'autour de cet hôtel ci il n'y a rien à faire...

Simple mais confortable. Arrivee un peu brouillon

arrivee tard, puis depart assez tot le lendemain le personnel est très sympa mais ils ont du mal à trouver les réservations, ne voient pas que la chambre est deja payee et que le ptit dej est compris. Mais on arrive facilement à leur expliquer et ils s adaptent les chambres sont simples mais confortables. sanitaires dans la chambre pour celles vue mer, sur le palier pour les autres

Bien placé, service archi nul

On a passé six nuits dans cet hotel qui a changé de propriétaire. Il est bien placé près de la Lagune. On a été bien acceulli par le réceptionniste Mohamed et qui est formidable. Pas de savon ni de shampoing, on était obligé de les acheter. Pendant les six jours la chambre n'a été néttoyée et les serviettes changées qu'une seule fois. Les derniers jours les serviettes sont salles, poubelle non vidée, sol sal, pas de papier hygiénique (on a utilisé notre boîte kleenex). Pour le petit déjeuner on le prenait dans le café à côté, mais quand la gérante est arrivée elle a enguelé le réceptioniste et lui a demadé de nous servir le petit déjeuner les prochains jours à l'hôtel, qui est vraiment dégueulasse, on était obligé de le prendre ailleurs les derniers jours à nous frais. Je vous déconseille cet hôtel MAL GÉRÉ.

Very bad service

No hot water I had to walk at 6,20 am to the airport because, the shuttle wasn't there they turned off there cell phone. I almost missed my flight. I've room wasn't clean. It was a very bad experience for me. I will never take that hotel again and iIdon't recommend it to anyone.

The heydays are over

Pros: Very nice and service minded staff Good wifi Satellite tv with English movies Free airport transfer Free breakfast Cons: The bed was not very comfortable Very cramped space Bin in bathroom was not emptied Toilet water supply was leaking so needed to close/open every time it was used No water pressure in shower so really no need to get ensuite room, common showers were great The announced restaurant upstairs was closed down I'm thinking Dar Rio Oro hostel in town probably is the best bet regarding reasonable central lodging
