「The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.」

「Location is within walking distance to the train station, making it easy to visit Frankfurt for example. Disappointed at the services of the receptionist and a woman staff who preferred to avoid eye contacts and clearing the breakfast dishes. Her attitude improved the next morning but still left a bad taste. 」

「When we step into the room, we find the window is open. We don't mind it. At night, unknown insects gather the top of the ceiling. lt's horrible. The other thing is there is no hot water kettle in the room and I couldn't deserve hot water in the front desk. I have lived in the other Ibis and the front desk always give me hot water.」

「The hotel is on the hill side and 10~15 min walk from Mainz HBF. If you walk from station with heavy luggage, it will not be a good idea. The room size is big, however the view outside is not that attractive.」
