「Nice hotel which very comfortable. But a bit far away from the ancient city Hoi An so i have to take a taxi to there every time.」

「I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. Comfortable, clean and quiet and great value. Every time it has been excellent. breakfast very good, staff very good …hotel manager Vinh has done a great job with the Aurora.」

「Located just outside Ancient town, within a few minutes walk. Small and simple 4 story walk-up, but it does have a dumbwaiter for luggages to bring up and down. Room is tight, price is right. No breakfast offered at location. Bus/cars are able to pickup/drop off right in front. Staff were able to accommodate our very early check-in.」

「It's hardly a 5 star hotel. Staff understanding of English is poor and their service attitude is not consistent across all staff. To claim 5 star status they need to take a long hard look at a real 5 star property and bring staff and amenities up to standard. Too many bus tour groups downgrade the experience. The buffet breakfast room is a very noisy cafeteria style environment so much so my wife refused to eat there again. Fortunately we discovered another far more comfortable breakfast place...

「Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days. Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced...
