「Housekeeping was spotty whereas things like replenishing the coffee tray with coffee, tea and sugar refills, and bath and hand towels were always short the quantity needed (2 people). The shower/bathtub was very difficult to climb in and take a shower. No hand bars and the height of the tub made it very hard to get in. Especially difficult for persons with any kind of mobility issues. We were in a suite for 11 nights. Otherwise, all good. 」

「One of the cleanest aparthotel rooms we ever stayed in, spotless even in the corners and hard to each spots. Bed was a bit too soft for us, but we prefer really firm mattresses. Apartment has everything you need and some nice extras (ex: toaster), really appreciated the sparkling water tap in the lobby and they provide jars of basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Staff super friendly and helpful, location very convenient to S-bahn and tram as well as grocery stores. Great spot in Berlin...
