"Clean room, comfortable beds, staff excellent "

"This use to be my go to place but my last stay was disappointing. The room was dirty, sink stopper was broken, half of a cigarette was left on the balcony and the balcony divider was damaged which could allow people from the room next door to walk onto my rooms balcony. This place has some of the best views around. Wish they would fix the place up some. "

"Cabana rooms require a long hike to back of hotel into another elevator and then a long hike around the bottom of hotel in the basement with pipes, old walls and no sunlight. At night the beach looks like a giant black whole. The sauna is no longer here. The staff, full bellman service and hotel restaurant were nice. "

"Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. Waste of time amd money. They said it was broken, but i believe they shut it down due to the large youth event they jad going on. Will not go there again."
