"Had a great stay at Hotel Lotte Busan. Very central location and access to food street and transport - subway and buses. Excellent concierge services- staff can speak English and try their very best to help n recommend good eating places. My hotel to stay whenever i visit Busan. Underground shopping and eating places. "Very clean and roomy. Even have a Styler in your room to clean your outerwear. Nice laundry room with free detergent. We love the free traditional breakfast, especially the nice kitchen lady. "

"Ok be forewarned that is was definitely in the “love hotel” area of Busan! The hotel was new so everything was in excellent shape. The staff was somewhat helpful although the third night we were there my friend was asked where she was sleeping since the room they gave us ( the best one according to them) was only a three person room even though the reservation was for four!!!!! They gave us A LOT of towels, because they only came in once size. Hand towel size! The area was safe and the “breakfast” is only served during the week— and was limited to juice, coffee and bread. Still a good experience overall!!! "
