"Beautiful property overlooking the bay with direct access to the ocean boardwalk. Large shopping mall is about a 20min walk and accessible via the boardwalk. Many local restaurants nearby. The rooms are slightly scuffed since they are older, but overall the room is lovely. Clean room, wonderful waterfall shower, comfy beds, robes, slippers, flip flops, hair drier, flat iron, many toiletries, water bottles, tea, coffee, quiet Breakfast buffet is massive and goes until 1pm. We didnt eat lunch...

The rooms are kept very clean and they're very spacious; beautiful divider between bed and large living room, big bathroom with gorgeous walk-in shower, lovely balcony and free wifi. The challenge was checkin and we found it odd that the lobby was never used and always dark. There were no dishes in the kitchen, but it's nice to have a fridge, etc. There is not a restaurant onsite but many very close. The free shuttle to the beach is wonderful and the...

"Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat!"
