シェラトンという名の中国ローカルホテル

ロケーションやホテルの設備は、”シェラトン”の名にふさわしいですが、中国人ローカルスタッフが、まったく教育されていない感じです。オペレーション・マニュアルもあるのでしょうが、ホテルに限らず、中国人は、勝手に自分たちで変えてしまいます。ですから、開業してしばらくすると、ローカルホテルとまったく同じなってしまいます。特に、中国人スタッフが気にならなければ、ホテル自体は、大変、快適です。

It was our second visit to this hotel during the New Year time. Pluses: Again, it was a good compromise between the price and the services. The territory around the hotel might be the best among all other 4-5 star hotels in the vicinity. Very good beach. Nice breakfast buffet Minuses: the hotel definitely needs renovation. The restaurant is often overfilled between 8:30 and 10. The check-in procedure is VERY slow - the slowest one we have ever experienced.
