"We needed to check in because my granddaughter threw up on the plane and she desperately needed a shower. They told us we could not check in til 3 pm. I seriously doubted that at almost noon they did not have one available room. Not helpful at all. Not friendly. Will never book again."

"The hotel was empty and they put me in a room directly above construction. They were fully aware. They could have made the experience much better. The room was dated, the refrigerator was so loud I had to disconnect it. Just plain shabby and not at all what I expected. Waste of money"
