This is my second time to stay in this hotel. The hotel had a new decoration, the hotel is near the beach, it takes 10 minutes only . There are wet markets and supermarket nearby. The staff were nice and helpful . They are intimate and kind. I really appreciate their hard working. ( receiption : NGA,Anh, Ngan) (restaurant : Minh, Nguyet) thank you for your guys help in my stay.

従業員の対応が素晴らしいと思います。

しっかりとした清掃もそうですが、連泊の毎日を快適に過ごすことが出来ました。扉にもセキュリティがあり安心できました。Wifiも問題ありません。 市街でちょっとしたトラブルがあったのですが、ホテル従業員の方が立ち会ってくれるなど素晴らしい対応だったと思います。 あえて言えば、扉のたてつけが少し悪くなっていますが、困るような部分では無いと思います。

コストパフォーマンスが良い清潔なホテル。

立地は、比較的静かな場所にある。街中へ行くにはタクシーなどの利用が必要だが、海までは散歩を兼ねて歩いていける。 ホテル近くにコンビニやカフェ、食堂があり便利である。 部屋は清潔に保たれていて、各部屋に窓がある。ベッドも心地良い。 しかし、外気温が高い時はエアコンが効くまでにやや時間がかかる。 受付の対応は丁寧で親切。 道路から受付ロビーまでなら5段の階段があるため、スーツケースを持ち上げて移動する必要がある。声をかければ手伝ってくれる。 チエックアウト後の荷物の預かりも快く受け付けてくれる。 私が利用した時は、家族や知人のグループ客の利用が多く、廊下での会話など声がやや気になった。 バスタブのある部屋が約半数あるので、予約時に希望できる。 朝食の副菜の種類は多くないが美味しかった。主食はパン、白米、粥、麺が一種類ずつ準備されていて自由に選ぶことができる。飲み物は水と加糖豆乳ジュース一種類とホットコーヒーが準備されている。 廊下の電気やエアコンなど無人の時は切れ、エコに留意している。

停電被困電梯中，緊急通話鈕無法使用，困於電梯內時也沒通風設施，安全設備堪虞

住了三晚對於一些缺失提供參考如下：入住時櫃檯親切、動作快，代訂峴港到順化的火車來回軟vip座的來回票越南盾36萬/人,認同加收服務費是應該的。入浴室洗澡，馬上沖出一隻死的大蟑螂，房間浴室清潔不足。住506最後面房間，wifi訊號飄來飄去時有時無，走廊燈是sensor感應式卻不靈光。早餐八點有一半以上見底不補。搭電梯巧遇停電卡在電梯內，緊急聯絡按鈕無效，梯內無網路無訊號無通風設備，安全堪虞匱乏。飯店整棟濃厚魚露味芳香劑令人做噁

Very nice place.

I stayed for about 4 days. This place was nice and clean. Only problem I had was the smell of the wood. I had asked the staff to change the room and they did. Just left the windows open. Other than that all berry good.

Nice hotel in a quiet area

Hotel is located a bit far from downtown but it’s perfect for me, near the beach and has everything I needed. The staff are very nice and polite. The food is delicious.

I really like the location, remotes from big down town. I had some room issues at the beginning but mrs. Tam took care of them right away. The food is excellent for Asian or occidental people. Like the place and price.
