Budjettimatkaajan hotelli
Emme saaneet varaamamme huonetta vaan jouduimme maksamaan extraa, että saimme korotettua ko. Huoneen. Kovat sängyt ja aamupala paikalliseen tapaan tuhti ruoka. Muuten paikka budjettimatkaajalle Ok ja sijainti hyvä.

Khách sạn chỉ cách biển khoảng 150m, rất thuận tiện giao thông!
Good price, not too far from airport and Danang city center. It is about 5-10 mins to the beach.
I stayed there 2 nights with order double bed for one person about one month before I arrived but they arranged me staying a two single beds room with no explaination. In addition, they forgot taking my luggage to the room when I putted it there and did the late check-in.
Breakfast is nothing special but acceptable due to the price.
The room was forgot to clean in the second day.
I enjoyed myself and relaxed well. Your staff were friendly and polite, even though we couldn't chat in a common language. The proximity to the beach and the town was good. I enjoyed the safe walk - even at night. We ate at 2 different restaurants. Both tasty meals but different. As Danang is undergoing major changes, it would be unfair to make criticisms, but I would have enjoyed an evening meal in the hotel one night.
It was close to the beach, about 2 blocks away on the unpaved local road from very quite beach.
There are a small local shop front of this hotel where you can buy beverage and sim card.
In this area, they don't speak English much, but hand writing in English was helpful.
The bed was like a ping-pong table which was the hardest bed we ever experienced.
Hotel staff were more friendly than other Vietnamese people.
A lady at the front desk helped us to go to Hoi An,set up the taxi fee, too.
There is nothing else,if you wish to go to restaurant or bar,I don't recommend this neighborhood.
However,I won't stay this hotel again, but compared to the price I can't say anything.
The location is so bad.I rent a motorbike, abd the gas is just a little. But I can't see the meter on motorbike. So I thought the gas was full. When I came back,So I went to the gas station, cost 80000 VND for gas.The hotel cheat me.So,if you want to rent a motorbike here.Watch out!

Not quite as advertised
The hotel was hard to find. My superior room with a view had no view other than the hotel in front of the window. They moved me to a lesser room, with a view if you stood at the window. Very crowded with other guests. I left after the first night. It was close to the beach.

Close to beach
If beach is your priority, this is a good location. Room clean, breakfast very simple and cold. Bed was one of the hardest we have slept on. Doors to room and/or bathroom squeaky. Overall stay OK for the price.

OK, but much better deals in the neighborhood.
I searched online and the Silver Sea got some very good reviews, so I booked. Upon arrival at 10AM we were allowed to check in early at no additional fee. The staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean. We asked for an upgrade and got it easily for an additional !00K VND,
The location is about two blocks from the beach, which is good. The staff were very accommodating but we got the feeling that they were inexperienced and too young.
The negatives: You can get better deals in the neighborhood. And......the breakfast was terrible!! Listen...I have eaten all over Asia at local hotels, so I am not expecting the Hilton....but....their breakfast was not creative and very poorly stocked. They did not even have bread!!! The bare minimum. By comparison....maybe the worst breakfast offering I have ever had.
The positives: Staff were friendly, english was great, really good value. Offered motorcycle rental, which was really affordable. Negatives: The hotel is far away from everything. It's down a dirt track, which I imagine a few people would feel uncomfortable about walking back through at night. It'll be roughly 800m walk to your nearest restaurants (which are fantastic), and its roughly $5 US for a taxi to Danang City from the My Khe Beach area. So I would totally recommend if you want to save some money and if you are here in the summer period and if you feel comfortable renting a bike and you are prepared to eat in non-english speaking restaurants with no-english menus, but I would imagine some people would struggle being so far away from the city area.
