Would definitely book here again. Staff was very helpful and helped us arrange trips to local landmarks and places. Also booked us a private driver. Which is a must if you are planning on going to Hoi an. We had a small snafu with our laundry, but they rectified the matter within minutes.

Amazing hotel

Amazing roof top 2 bedroom apartment. Huge balcony with chairs. Pool just above and the pool is ultra clean. Not a deep pool but just enough to cool you down and enjoy the view of the city. Staff was extra friendly and at the end of the stay they held onto our suitcases for 7 hours. Our bus wasn't until that night and they safely stored our gear while we ventured through the city.

I stayed here for 14 nights the staff made everything easy they gave me restaurant/coffee shop suggestions, helped me get a local SIM card, and had a motorbike delivered to the hotel with a very cheap rental price. They even parked my bike in secure basement parking for me overnight. Also, I really like the local area you get a blend of the nearby beach but you're in someone's neighborhood with Vietnamese flags outside every house. You really do get a taste of what Vietnam is really like.

Nicely designed rooms, very unique style. Modern finishes. Bedding smells of mildew, no face towels and backed up plumbing. Water doesn’t drain well on my corner room with balcony.

Beautiful room, very spacious and clean. Would say the walk to the beach is more like 20/25 minutes but grabs come super quick and probably take 5 mins to get there. The roof terrace and pool are lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I actually didn’t really want to leave and will 10000% stay here on my next visit to Da Nang

The place is nice and the staff very helpful but the units are not soundproofed at all. There are some dogs barking night and day. Even with earplugs i had really bad and not resting nights. I had to go somewhere else unfortunately. Chairs in the units should have some kind of pads on their feet to reduce noise when people above you ate constantly moving them.

I had a great stay up until checkout, which accounts for the low rating. Overnight hotel clerk (who sleeps in the lobby) did not know how to work the credit point of sale machine. I did not have enough dong on me to cover the approximately 20 usd I needed for the motorbike rental. I was rushing to catch a flight but they would not let me checkout and return my passport until he could reach someone and they could walk him through the process. I promised several times to call back and pay over the phone once day staff were back on, but they refused. Their willingness to let me miss a flight over a 20 dollar fee, that their staff incompetence would not let me pay, was infuriating.

Rooster with insomnia V boxing matches each night

Lovely accommodation, probably one of the top i have stayed in Da Nang. Only downside, was the rooster over the back of the hotel which screamed all night, also the nearby construction started at 7am. Couple next door were literally fighting every night - verbally and physically, I was there for 4 nights and other guest were also inconvenienced. The management should have acted on this, as very unfair on everyone. Could have offered more English TV chanels. Shelf in the kitchen cupboard were the crockery was stored had a metal grid base. I did not use and crockery, but the spoon fell through the metal gridding and smashed on the floor. Not at all my fault, just a very dangerous shelf base when the contents can fall through the spaces. I was actually charged for this too, which out of principle thought it was very unfair.

꽤 좋은 숙소 였습니다

개인적인 소견으로는 괜찮은 아파트먼트입니다.시설은 깨끗한 편이고 관리가 힘들겠지만 테라스에 의자 하나와 재털이를 비치하면 좀더 편안한 여행 이었을것 같습니다 야간에 계시는 아저씨는 영어 소통이 어렵습니다.체크인 아웃시 문제가 있을수 있습니다. 다낭에서 4일 있었는데 3일동안 태풍으로 별로 나가지를 못했습니다. 다낭 여행시 날씨 확인 잘하시고 즐거운 여행 되세요
