The location is excellent. Sea view room. Staff is helpful. The bathroom is terrible. The room is okay. Breakfast is horrible. Flies all around. Just the view from outside the room makes up for all shortcomings.

The view was awesome! The age of the hotel is very interesting however, compared to the more recent places, it showed the age. The beds were old and hard. The showers lacked curtains. From a western standard it was below, but the price reflected that. Otherwise the staff was very friendly nd the location is great!

Older property, was clean. Good enough for the price point, staff were very friendly and attentive. Best part of the property was is it's right across the road from the beach and plently of amenities within walking distance.

If you are looking for an affordable beachfront stay in Da Nang, I highly recommend this hotel. It is operated by a local government branch, so the price is very competitive and the service is top-notch. While the rooms are a bit dated, that didn’t bother me. I loved having direct beach access, a secure environment, and a beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean every morning. Because the building is older, the furniture feels like it's from another era, but everything is functional. The bed isn't the most luxurious, but it was good enough for me. One thing to note: the power outlets might be a challenge for travelers from the US needing to charge laptops, but I’m sure the front desk can assist you with an adapter. I should also mention that free breakfast is included. It’s not a buffet; instead, you can choose between eggs and a baguette or the soup of the day, served with coffee. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ve already rebooked it for after my trip to Ho Chi Minh City!

Nice enough hotel. The location is great if you want easy access to My Khe beach. The room.was fine, large but a bit run down. I'm not sure the TV worked, and one plug socket looked broken and detached from the wall. The listing said there was a bar but when I arrived they did not have a bar. Apart from that it was fine and the staff were nice. They also provide breakfast (noodle meat broth and quite tasty). Good place if travellimg on a budget.

We upgraded to an ocean facing room that had a separate living room and it was excellent. Very elegantly decorated with dark wood floors and furniture. Huge deck you can watch the sunrise on and relax in the evenings. The breakfast is traditional Vietnamese only. No fresh fruit or eggs but delicious soup and coffee. Staff was very kind and happy. Location could not be better! We enjoyed our stay!

The reviews of this hotel is not realistic. 1, the room is dark. It makes me feels very unpleasant to stay. The bath tube is old and dirty, we ended up requested to switched to another room. It’s a bit better buy disapointed. 2, the bath tub has no curtaim, so every time after taking a shower the entire floor get so wet. Have to be very careful when walking around after. 3, the main entrance doors are outdated. Still using the key blade. All the windows are wood with glass. 4. They blamed us took all of their drinking bottle water, snd wanted to charged for the additional fees. I requested for the survillance cameras footage who took them. I get no response to my requested. 5. We will rather spend a little extra to stay else where in the future. Lesson learned
