早餐非常好吃，建議一定要試試牛肉河粉! 服務員的態度也非常親切，會主動詢問今天的行程以及是否有他們需要幫忙的地方。飯店房間的風格很美，院子掛滿了燈籠，晚上看相當美麗。是下次去會安會再選擇住宿的地方。

A decent boutique hotel. Compliment to frontdesk Sam who helped check-in and provided all necessary tourist information of Hoi An. Our room was upgraded to Suite upon check in request. The swimming pool is too shallow which is good for children's playing. Loved the hotel shuttle bus service to beach nearby and free bicycle use. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast (western style and Vietnam noodles, etc.). Will definitely stay if visit Hoi An again.

酒店離古城和夜市不遠﹐只需約8分鐘步程便可到達古城觀光或到古城附近的餐廳用膳﹐非常方便。而因為酒店在古城外﹐所以環境亦較為寧靜。

Nice hotel but lantern view rooms not recommended
It is a nice and cozy hotel with good location, just 7-8 minutes walk to the old town. Staff members are helpful and friendly. However, rooms with lantern view is a bit tricky. They have a balcony facing the side wall of the building next door and lanterns are hung in-between the rooms and the wall for decoration. The rooms are dark as they face a giant wall without any view but just some lanterns. Luckily, we voiced out our disappointment once we stepped into the room and finally they arranged us another room with a real balcony view. Anyway the hotel is a good one but rooms said to be with ‘lantern view’ are not recommended at all.

很大 價錢合理 早餐不錯 有免費按摩 泳池不錯 近海灘 附近be man 海鮮很好吃 只行一分鐘就到 有yoga堂 一般 但有靚景睇 房間簡樸 睡在床上都可以望到海灘! 四點多更可以看到日出 工作人員24小時保護你過馬路去泳池和海灘 但不滿意玻璃有點點的設計，其中一大塊玻璃更暗了 嚴重影響觀賞海景 最不滿是空調有問題 感覺像在30度的房間 半夜竟熱醒了 但只住一晚就算了吧 否則一定會投訴

Good, but if u want to reserve the shuttle bus, u have to be book it in advance

Super nice staff
The room is clean and the hotel is near the hoi an ancient town. Nice and friendly receptionists introduced local food and attractions around while we were having the welcome drinks (coffee/juice+fresh fruit). We appreciated this a lot and had a nice memory in Hoi An

Hotel you should stay in Hoi An
Very nicely located. Within walking distance to ancient town. Comfy room with balcony. Breakfast good. By observation, most guests were westerners. Design of hotel is classic, yet with modern comfort. Very helpful check-in staff. You can stay in this hotel for 3 days or more to see the places around. Too bad I stay only 1 night. Don't go for hotels more than 1 km away from the ancient town, You need a bicycle or a cab every time to go out. This hotel is so well located. You will not regret.

Amazing service
Very friendly and helpful staff. It takes about 8 mins walking distance to the old town and central market. We joined the morning sunrise tour with a wonderful experience. Extreme recommend this tour to visitor here. Only a little pity that the air-conditioning are not cool enough for us.

酒店職員服務態度好 酒店泳池雖小但乾淨 房間床肉枕頭不會過軟或過硬 但改善點是房間厠所窗簾需換掉, 因會掉下來的. 整體CP值高!!

Tricky pricing
The room size was good, the food at the restaurant was expectedly good too. That was the good part. However, the hotel arranged a pick up for us from the Danang airport, but the pricing was very flexible in ways trying to earn the most from customers. In total, the hotel offered USD25 for one way and USD50 for both. But on the way leaving the hotel, a reception staff just informed that one way was USD20 only instead. So, I recommend other people to just negotiate well the price before making any decision.

Enough and very friendly Staff Location is very convenient, about 5-10 mins walking distance to the old town. Remember to join the Cooking Class which teach by their Chef, Mr. Danny. He provided us a very special cooking experience in the village.

這飯店超級好的，飯店裝修很好看，當初是看到照片覺得很喜歡就去住住看，結果和照片的沒兩樣，相當滿意。服務員susan的服務態度超級好，解說清楚，為我們貼心安排day trip服務，還因此留一間房間讓我們late check out放行李和day trip回來可以沖澡一下，還送我們按摩coupon，我們有兩位朋友生日，她們也安排送來兩個大蛋糕，一人一個，最最最重要的是，這麼捧的服務卻價錢相宜，真係物超所值，我們會介紹朋友去，下次去也會再住這家。

Hoi An is small. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to ancient town. The service standard of the staff are fantastic. The receptionists are excellent and good at English so that there is no problem on communications. Susan, the receptionist who served us when we checked in, was perfect. The rooms are big enough for us. The air-conditioning are cool enough for us. The beds are not too soft, good for us. The breakfast offered traditional Hoi An dishes and the freshly made Bahn Xeo is so good. Our group recommend it. Lovely hotel.

Excellent Hotel !
The hotel is good, the staff are really nice and helpful. My husband and I arrived at the hotel early morning, we were welcomed by Caroline. She arranged a room for us early check-in. She showed us the map and detailed explanation about the Hoi An. The hotel has good location which is close to accient town, japenese bridge and the night market. The most thing that we all love in here was the service, all the staffs were so nice, helpful and take good care for customers especially Carloline.

처음 방에서는 담배냄새가 조금 났는데 로비에 말하니 계속 사과하시면서 당장은 비는 방이 없다고 향초를 켜주시고 다음 날 아침 곧바로 방을 바꿔주셨습니다. 처음 방보다 훨씬 넓고 화장실에 욕조도 있어서 아마 방이 업그레이드 된 것 같았습니다. 방은 방음도 잘 되고 침대도 편안합니다. 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 헬스장은 아령정도만 쓸 수 있고 수영장은 사진과 동일했지만 락스가 너무 많이 풀어져있어서 코가 매웠습니다. 수영장 이용은 짧게 하는 것을 추천합니다. 조식은 지금까지 한 여행 중 가장 맛있었고 매일 메뉴도 바뀌어서 더 좋았습니다. 무료 쌀국수 쿠폰과 리뷰를 쓰면 발마사지 쿠폰도 줍니다. 직원들이 너무나 친절해서 헬스장과 수영장이 조금 부족하더라도 다시 호이안에 간다면 이 곳에서 숙박할 생각이 있습니다.
