The services provided by the staff. They are polite and helpful. They explained the hotel facilities and services to us very clearly during the check in. They also helped us to arrange the transportation, such as taxi, shuttle bus, airport transfer at a very reasonable price. We are deeply impressed by the attitude and services of their staff.

物超所值 每位員工都笑容燦爛
位於郊區環境清靜。但泳池比較遜色。周邊沒有商店和食肆。 Call Grab需要七至8分鐘車程到古城。酒店亦有Shuttle Bus來往古城和沙灘。房間裝修得宜，舒適得令人不想離開。早餐質素一般，室外位置蚊蟲頗多，田園景觀令人放鬆。

美麗的酒店
很好的度假勝地，環境很美，適合放鬆自己。早餐味道很好，環境一流，唯一不足的地方就是酒店比較難找，hotels.com的地圖會顯示另外一間酒店，所以我們去錯了另外一間酒店。

酒店舒適且充滿越南特色、員工服務良好，有接駁車到古城及沙灘，很多蚊子，需要燃點房內的蚊香。

非常棒的酒店
酒店房間非常棒非常大，設施一應俱全，落地玻璃設計很美 漂亮的植物圍繞渡假屋，職員非常細心有禮 早餐選擇挺多，味道不錯，餐廳景致寧靜優美 戶外泳池非常舒適，水很乾淨 酒店位置偏遠但免費接駁巴士很方便，10分鐘便到古城，15分鐘到私人沙灘，所以完全沒問題 在越南住過最好的酒店：）

寧靜優雅，親近自然
缺點是距離會安市區約3公里，也遠離海灘，飯店位置用地圖也不是很好找，計程車司機竟然繞了2小時找不到。 但飯店超乎想像的寧靜優雅，房間有自己的小庭園，種滿香蕉樹檳榔樹，且照顧的很好，頗有南洋風味。早餐算中上，且餐廳可觀賞一大片水草，心情直覺放鬆。服務員態度佳。以訂價而言，算是物美價廉。

整體尚算滿意, 有免費接駁車來往市中心和海灘 房間空間足夠, 反而酒店整體面積較細, 包括室外泳池, 室外略有擠迫感 至於早餐和飲食選擇不多, 味道亦比較平庸, 有待改善 酒店地點比較難找, 建議通知酒店安排機場接送, 價格大約貴的士20%

Average
Overall, the hotel was nice and the service was good. Surprisingly, they provide different snacks to every guests every night. It shows how sweet the hotel was. However, the location was a bit far away. Also, food in the restaurant can be improved.

跟媽媽和姨媽在這裡住了3晚，她們都對這裡非常滿意。 首先，staff的服務態度非常好，私到步時櫃檯小姐因為我坐的椅子太矮而跪下來為我介紹酒店的事項，可見酒店對staff的要求相當高。 房間也是一絕，房間非常大，有個巨型浴缸（放滿水要花比較多時間），每日會有水果供應，但房間採用超級開放設計，房間裏的人都能夠看你浸浴的。 每天早上都包早餐，我們換酒店之後我媽還對這裡的早餐念念不忘。 最重要的是那個泳池！因為我們去的時候住客不多，簡直就像私人泳池一樣。 美中不足的是地點比較遠，不近海灘及古城，不過酒店提供shuttle bus去古城或沙灘，可以出發前用email問他們要time table。

Calm and relaxing get away
I enjoyed my stay very much. The rooms were huge (I stayed the villa and my friends stayed at the suites). The staff are friendly. There is lots of green around. I feel very relaxing being in this hotel.

The gardens were beautiful well kept the staff are very friendly and welcoming thanks to Lan Who was excellent. Room was very nice and air conditioned comfortable king bed. Very good breakfast so much choice!!! Good size pool open till 9 pm

The Legacy Hoi An resort is fantastic. From the lovely, efficient, professional reception ladies, to the grounds keeping, the maid service, and the restaurant, the staff is available 24 × 7 to take care of all your needs. The rooms are immaculately clean and our view of the rice fields was awesome. The Legacy provides 5 star service but if I could rate it 100 stars, I would. This is the finest of the finest resorts.

It was a great pleasure staying at this beautiful resort. It was tranquil setting in the rice fields with all the coveniences without the crowds and noise. Easy transport to Hoi An old town or the beaches. The staff were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful.
