Big room, decently clean. Staff is quiet and not the most hospitable, but if you ask they usually can help. The young man working was quite nice. Stone steps in the front of the hotel are loose and almost fell, be careful.

Property look good. The area are okay easy to get around. The only thing about the room is the air-conditioning doesn’t work properly, but the Hotel provide us with a fan. Overall, I recommend this place.

C’était bien, mais ça manque un petit peu d’entretiens sur certains points (humidité et un peu de moisissure, mais rien a voir avec d’autres logements sur Da Nang)

Nice little hotel couple of minutes walk to the beach. Its in a nice quite street just off the main beach road. The staff are amazing and really helpful and nice breakfast served in the morning. My only disappointment with the hotel is the roof pool area. I actually chose this hotel for the roof top pool and how close to the beach it was.The roof top is so run down and neglected it's a shame. It would take little money and maybe 1 weekend to make this area look amazing.

I had an excellent stay at Haka Boutique Hotel. In order of importance: The bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet. The a/c worked well. Wifi was great. Water pressure was a bit weak Water temperature was difficult to regulate at times. Bathroom window needs a cover as it is open on the top 1/3. Bathroom window did not open. I would stay here again.

Pros are the location is 5 min walk to my khee beach and the room size was good. After that its all downhill. Staff is not very responsive to your needs. They are miserly with providing free water bottles with none provided on checkout day and they said no water is given on checkout day. The pics of the hotel and the rooms are grossly exaggerated as the lobby and the rooms look worn down with need of fresh paint.
