ホテルはキレイに管理されています。リネン類もキレイな白で、ゴミ1つ落ちていません。オーナーのおじさんはフレンドリーで 自転車が50,000ドンで借りられます。ミーケビーチまで3kmで、豊かなライスフィールドを楽しんでいる間に到着します。駐輪場に自転車を置き、遠浅で透明な海がこんなにも簡単に楽しめるとは思ってもいませんでした。もちろん、Grabなら安く確実に早く着きます。きっと10分かからないかも。途中、交渉すれば水牛に乗って少しだけお散歩もできますよ。

We stayed here during the lantern festival and it was a very nice stay. Very friendly and welcoming, convenient location. Also, delicious banana pancakes made by our hosts.

Fint sted og hyggelig folk

De som jobber der er veldig hjelpsomme, de ville gjerne kjøre meg rundt på scooter og vise meg byen, anbefale en skredder og hjelpe meg med å bestille reiser. Renholdet er fint, og det er superkosig å spise frokost ute i bakhagen deres. Var her to netter og hadde et rom for meg selv. Veldig fint sted og en god opplevelse!

Fabulous stay, highly recommended!

Super nice owner. We felt at home from the beginning and our room was one of the nicest we had in 4 months traveling through asia... garden view, extra clean, modern and decorated. Their home is absolutely lovely, with a garden, lots of flowers and plants. Very nice environment. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much and we will definitively come back and recommend this place, an absolute gem.

clean and cheap

Clean, located between the old town and the beach, in a quiet location. Eat the cao lan for breakfast if you can. The owners were very friendly. I recommand. nice garden too

Family run guesthouse

Thank you to Ha and her parents for the warm reception. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, a/c worked well, breakfast was delicious and served in the garden. Ha was helpful in booking train tickets for us and setting up airport and train station transfers. Bicycles were available for rental as well. Ha treated us to a delicious chicken rice meal. Green Garden Homestay, in a quiet location between Old Town and An Bang beach, is very recommended.

Meilleur homestay de mon séjour!!

Pour moi, le meilleur homestay de mon séjour!! Accueil, disponibilité, écoute, conseil, rien n'échappe à Ha!! J'ai eu la chance de gouter à la cuisine familiale gentiment servi le dimanche soir et mon dernier jour avant le départ pour l'aéroport! Je vous recommande les yeux fermés cet établissement très bien situé: centre-ville/ plage/ rizières.. Vous pourrez louer vélos et scooters à de très bons tarifs, aussi!

Hade en underbar vistelse hos Green Garden Homsestay! Det drivs av en fantastiskt gullig familj spm gjorde allt för att vi skulle ha det bra. De lagade till och med middag till mig och min pojkvän sista dagen innan vi skulle hoppa på bussen till Mui Ne. Detta stället får en solklar femma av mig!

Safe and relaxing environment

This guesthouse is located a twenty-minute walk from the old town. The water puppet theater is ten minutes away on foot.The room was clean when I checked in but no cleaning was done during my three-night stay. Breakfast is simple. The restaurant next door can get noisy in the evening, but it is very quiet in the daytime and after 10pm. (Avoid that next-door restaurant: the food was great, but the bill was twice what the menu prices indicated, an experience I did not have elsewhere during my stay in Hoi An and Vietnam.) Laundry service is more expensive than elsewhere, but well-done and quick. The Marble Mountains tour they offer was excellent, but don't bother about the food tour; you won't have any difficulty in finding a sandwich and a bowl of noodles on your own. An enjoyable stay overall, and I would stay there again.

Excellent stay!

Lovely family, great location, everything in working order, perfect ac, english channels, very clean, cozy, homely, nice & quiet, beautiful garden where you can eat your breakfast, rooms with balconies, safe, bicycles for rent on site, yummy omlets and vietnamese coffee. Recommended!

Best value. Incredible and friendly!

Absolutely amazing. Best value. Staff were so friendly, and helpful. Nothing was too hard. We booked a bus through them, as they were far cheaper than anyone else on the street. Breakfast was really tasty, we even got an Icypole afterwards because it was so hot. While we were waiting for our bus (after checkout) they let us have a shower, provided us with an afternoon snack, and then when the us arrived they gave us a box of biscuits and some water. Incredible. Would recommend. Only a 10 minute walk from Old town, but good location, as closer to the Beach than if staying in town. Fabulous! Loved every minute!

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Une chambre chez l'habitant un peu loin du centre. Chambre spacieuse et propre avec balcon. Petit jardin où l'on prend le petit déjeuner. Notre hôte (Ha) nous a invité à deux reprises goûter des spécialités. Possibilité de louer des vélos ; snack et lessive en supplément. Le meilleur rapport-qualité-prix que l'on a eu durant notre voyage ! On recommande sans problème.

Meilleur hébergement au Vietnam

Famille sympathique et aidante. Arrivée avant 2pm, on nous a donné du thé et des bananes le temps de faire notre chambre qui a été prête rapidement. Chambre belle et propre comme on a jamais vue au Vietnam! Le déjeuner (avec choix) est excellent. Beau jardin où on peut s'asseoir et en profiter pendant la journée. Bon restaurant pas très loin et pas cher le trest's II, au 322 Ly Thuong Kiet. Il faut aimer les homestay car on sent vraiment la proximité des gens.

Very relaxed, welcoming and pleasant

Got a nice welcome drink and information when we arrived about the area and possibilities. Also a little upselling for their clothing business which we did not use. I think they all do that around here. Got the nice big room overlooking the garden with the sunny balcony and on our last night, had dinner in their home with the rest of the guests and family, which was very nice! Good place to stay for couples, less for when you are backpacking and want to party until late, as the gates closed at 10pm and breakfast was between 7:30 and 8:30am. Overall very pleasant stay!

Really enjoyed staying at Green Garden Homestay. The owner and family was super sweet and nice. They made really delicious Vietnamese breakfast (there were also other options) for us. The room was really new, clean and spacious. Good wifi, air conditioning. The bathroom was gorgeous. The owner's sister runs a tailor shop, so we went there and it was really great as well. I bought a bunch of dresses and my boyfriend bought a suit. Everything was fairly priced and well made. We rented bikes since Old Town is slightly far (15 min walk or 5 min bike ride) but the Old Town area is super touristy so we actually enjoyed staying farther away. The bikes were good quality and really comfortable. The family also made us a delicious banana pancake one night for dinner. On the morning we were leaving on an afternoon flight they also loaned us the bikes for free, which was really nice. Overall, great stay.

Green Garden

Lovely new homestay in Hoi An and well situated to be able to walk/bike to the old town and bike to he beach. Everything was in good condition and the room ws very spacious for the price. The staff were lovely too, answering any questions and giving us breakfast even when we arrived many hours early from our night bus.
