Staff were very friendly and helpful with any enquiries we had. Overall the hotel is good and near to beach / bars etc. Swimming pool is good althought the stairs to the rooftop pool are a bit difficulty. Breakfast choice was a bit restricted.

I love the staff and it is an awesome location. Took away a star because the bed is two doubles pushed together. Cuddling with a partner is not possible.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel..... 2.5 at best! On the first morning housekeeping "helped" themselves to some money from our room. It wasnt even Dong! Staff attitute changed towards us when we mentioned the missing money. They basically called us liars. So many excuses like - do not disturb was on so housekeeping didnt go in which was not the case - Maybe when you opened the door the wind blew it away!!!!....... Never had hot water, lukewarm at best Cleaning was hit and miss Mouldy curtains Very slippery shower floor - ending up with my husband slipping and breaking the shampoo bottle, when we reported the incident to the reception all they could say was "you pay" Never asking if my husband was ok! Breakfast... well mostly vegetarian food A lot of food came out of a packet Not fresh Eggs to order were always oily Had to ask for water Floor oily & slippery when entering breakfast room Saw the chef smoking in the kitchen when preparing food Definitely would not recommend this hotel

La struttura è bella, la camera era molto spaziosa, il letto enorme, noleggiano scooter, il servizio lavanderia restituiva il bucato ben piegato e profumato. A 2 passi dalla spiaggia in un quartiere con molti locali e frequentato da molti occidentali. La colazione è abbondante, ma carente per il dolce. La piscina sul tetto pulita e panoramica

Tosi mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, palveleva henkilökunta kaikkiaan. Toista kertaa samassa hotellissa ja varmaan kuukauden kuluttua taas uudestaan. Ainut negatiivinen asia on että minibaari/jääkaappi oli molemmilla kerroilla lämmin. Mutta asia kyllä korjaantui. Tosi edullinen, hinta laatusuhde 10.

Family Vacation

Location, service, cleanliness was good. Breakfast was good, not great, but basic enough you don't have to go looking for food till lunchtime. We took a hand towel with us, just in case, and upon returning was notified a towel was missing from our room. So, be careful with taking towels out of the rooms. If you want a reasonable place, it works. Don't expect to have your mind blown.

整體來說都很好

位置方便由機場到酒店也是10分鐘。酒店左右都很多食店和便利商店購買東西和吃東西都方便。步行到沙灘也很近。酒店整體都很好。早餐也很豐富美味。房間也很清潔。

아주 마음에 들었습니다. 2박을 예약했었는데, 첫날은 4층의 더블베드 2개가 있는 방을 배정받았습니다. 룸 컨디션도 좋고, 침구도 깨끗했습니다. 리렙션 직원들도 상당히 친절하고 능숙하게 업무를 처리해 주었습니다. 1박 후 조식을 먹고 나가려는데 한 직원이 말을 걸더군요. 방을 10층으로 바꿔 주겠다고요. 굳이 그럴 필요 없다 하고 올라 갔는데, 혹시 트윈룸이 필요해서 그런가 하는 생각이 들어서 다시 내려가서 이야기를 해 보니 '다만 좋은 방으로 바꿔 주고 싶어서 그렇다'는 것입니다. 승락을 하고 10층의 방으로 이동을 했는데 정말 좋더군요. 투숙객에게 최대의 서비스를 제공하려는 스탭의 마음이 느껴졌습니다. 거의 흠잡을 곳이 없는 호텔이었습니다. 딱 한가지, 객실내 슬리퍼가 1회용이 아이었는데, 이부분만 개선되었으면 하는 바람입니다.

Very petty staff. Complained to me because one of our towels was dirty and wanted to charge me extra. They also got me mixed up with other guests and wanted to charge me extra for pool towels. Breakfast room was very noisy with large groups of guests. Pool area had very few chairs or loungers. Location was good. Close to beach with lots of cafes nearby. Despite the good location, nice views and reasonable price I would not stay here again or recommend any friends.

الفندق في شارع جانبي قريب من الشاطئ وهو جديد طاقم الفندق بذلوا كل ما في وسعهم لارضاءنا حتى أنهم قدموا لنا طعام لوجبة الإفطار مناسب للمسلمين وعلى ذوقنا قريب من الفندق مطاعم بحرية وكافيهات تحتاجون تكسي للذهاب الى المجمع التجاري ومناطق الجذب السياحي شكرا لكل طاقم الفندق

The hotel was amazing. We love the way all the staff are working, they so friendly, food service are excellent and our room always clean and fresh. Hotel location only 2 minute from beach (They also have a rooftop pool). We stay there on Mar 19 - 26 (room 1001) and traveled to Hanoi and south VN and come back to stay there for another 3 more weeks (room 906). They meet our expectation; I give them 5 stars and recommend to all

雖離海灘有200公尺，其他整體環境設備都很好。

整體不錯。房間寬敞。床很舒服，浴室設備很好，早餐很好，面海雖有200公尺，但可看海面日出 ，頂樓泳池視野很好但簡單些。員工服務很好。附近大小餐廳很多。

Bad soundproofing and service can be improved.

We are given a free upgrade to Deluxe Room but on the 5th floor. The room comes with 4 huge windows and extra window in the bathroom. Thought it is airy and plentiful of daylight. But it is not a good choice as its noisy and hot. The hotel is new but very bad sound proofing. Can hear motorbikes/cars, next door pubs and street sellers. The street sellers are very noisy and annoying up until 1am. We can easily hear doorbells and other room chattings. We will presumed other dwellers can hear us, too. The aircond vent is located wrongly where our bed does not cool down easily. We set the aircond temperature and fan to the coollest but ocasionally in the night we have to shove away our blankets as it is getting warmer. Breakfast is acceptable. Rooftop pool is great view but the access to it is a bit questionable. The sun loungers by the pool is limited and there are just next to the building main aircond compressor. Location is acceptable as it is close to the beach, eateries and massage parlours. Da Nang has so many such small running boutique hotels, squeezing in each other small piece of land and expanding up to rush for the ocean view. The building design and usage as a hotel is always questionable. Cosmos is one of the good example. Next trip in Da Nang we will prefer the international brands. We will not come back to this hotel.

Amazing location and great rooms

The hotel is new and the all spaces were very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly but at times almost too much so (knocking to check if I wanted my room cleaned despite the 'do not disturb' light being on etc).

酒店房間很整潔，設備也齊全，如有可提供護髮素就更好。早餐質數一般，至早上8時完結，時間太短了！ 日間前台職員非常有禮貌，但晚上的職員會在大堂睡覺，個人覺得不太好，大門亦會在半夜12點後鎖門，要入內就要叫醒職員開門。 酒店附近有多間咖啡店及酒吧，交通方便。徒步到海灘亦只是十多分鐘。 只是附近有地盤，早上比較嘈，晚上有叫賣小食的電單車，但還可接受。 整體，因酒家店有新開幕的優惠，所以性價比仍很高!
