"The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the layout and the bathroom set up. The staff (especially Beatriz and Michy) were very helpful and accommodating. There is a great complimentary shuttle service that is available that we used many times during our stay without issue - will go anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel."

"The main lobby and solarium area were pretty, and I can see why the photos caught my attention. Unfortunately, the room we had did not match that same impression. The room felt worn despite some updated furniture, and the bathroom was the biggest issue. There was visible mold, a moldy shower curtain, and stained floor tile, which made the space feel uncomfortable and not as clean as it should have been. The layout also felt awkward, with uneven lighting in certain areas. The small kitchen area was tucked away in a corner with a sink and microwave, but there was no lighting over it, so it felt dark and inconvenient to use. The AC was hard to control, so the room was either too cold or too warm. Parking was also an added fee. For the price we paid, the stay was not up to our expectations, and I was glad we were only there for one night."

"Room not ready at check in- waited in the parking lot for hour and half- staff lied and said they called me to notify room was ready- not even an apology. Gave us less than an hour to get ready for our event. Next morning housekeeping woke us knocked on our door until we answered even though we had the sign on the door. Strip clubs nearby. Will never stay here again."
