「Check in with Gwenno was great. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Ordered room service.. sadly the creme catalan was like scrambled egg... Explained this on check out.. "will let the chef know" Charged twice for the room but quickly corrected. Parking is cheaper here than at ICC - left my car there and walked over..」

I believe they ,especially Alphi, went above and beyond what would normally be expected for good and courteous service. IHG are extremely lucky to havethis young man on their team. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to all my family and friends 」
