A thoughtful modern renovation of an old stone farmhouse set in a tranquil village overlooking vineyards. Our breakfast of fresh juice and fruits, cheese and a selection of salmon and cured meats was prepared by a very charming local woman. 「This hotel was truly unique. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, and even gave me a ride to the train station as no taxis were available. The plunge pool was refreshing and had a lovely vista of the hotel's rustic exterior. There were also nice communal areas to rest in the shade. The village itself is small, and is a place to slow down, have a drink in the plaza, and enjoy some authentic spanish food and wine at one of the 3 restaurants. 」
