「The stay was awesome. I want to mention that There is a gentlemen by the name of Gagan. He was the receptionist and very rude when I was trying to get help with an issue online. I specified that my agent from Expedia was trying to call. The agent called 3 times and no answer. So I went to the front desk to bring this to his attention and he laughed in my face and said “do you see anyone on the phone, do you see the phone ringing??” After that I spoke with the very nice manager. 「Staff was very generous knowing it was my birthday. Room was nice, no frills, but quality.」

「I opted not to pay for the breakfast (one never knows what a $11 pp breakfast looks like...even the staff the night before didnt know). A picture or menu at the front desk would help all of us decide. The room was extremely clean, staff were great, and it was close to the mall. I would definitely go back to stay here!」
