「Excelente Hotel」

「It was one of my favorite hotels except for the lunch staff; the service was very poor, they had unpleasant manners, and were unfriendly. One of the waiters was empathetic, friendly, and helpful, but the rest were extremely unpleasant. The people at the front desk were wonderful, kind, and helpful. The cleaning staff were very friendly, and our room was spotlessly clean. 」
